Gözen Security Training Academy delivers its programs with a team of experienced, subject-matter expert instructors, both full-time and part-time.
Our instructor team consists of certified professionals with degrees from faculties of education, as well as holders of the Ministry of National Education approved Train-the-Trainer certification. Many of our trainers have operational field experience across various levels of security management, including supervisory and executive roles.
The academy is responsible for the design and delivery of all in-service training programs including initial, refresher, on-the-job, and field training provided to security personnel. Gözen Security Training Academy is certified by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) under the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, in accordance with SHT-17.2 regulations.
Additionally, the academy has been authorized by the Corporate Security departments of several international airlines to deliver training and is qualified to conduct commercial security training across multiple global regions. By maintaining the highest training standards and aligning with evolving customer expectations, we continue to lead in quality and innovation within the industry.
Through GO – Gözen Online, Turkey’s first and only mobile-compatible web-based security training platform, we bring a modern, technology-driven approach to security training. Our e-learning platform, designed for initial, refresher, and reinforcement training, allows for flexible, location-independent instruction minimizing workforce downtime while maximizing training efficiency.
