Candidates undergo personal, vocational and foreign language placement tests in line with the qualifications of the job, carried out by HR.
Candidates, who have been found appropriate with related tests, are interviewed based on the competencies by the HR and the executives of the related divisions to evaluate their eligibility to Gözen Security Services and for the qualifications of the position.
At the end of all evaluations, candidates who have been found appropriate are invited to trainings, related to their job.
